Need advice on getting rid of raw land I own
I have 87.5 acres of raw land that was a mistake. It has 50 acres of pines which I had thinned. I made 10k off that. I purchased the property for 100k , I put 35k down. I have been offered a rental house worth 20k and 67k cash. I have also been offered 50 acres with hardwoods and a creek and 20k cash. Or I can hold out to just sell. This land will only appeal to hunters or people buying it for timber. I would prefer to get out of holding raw land right now. I purchased the land before I found BP and learned about rental real estate.
