Double Wide Mobile Mortgage Help for BRRRR!!

Hi everyone

I have a double wide mobile home I am rehabbing and intend to flip. I am hoping to find a lender or investor so I can refi the property and rent it. So far I haven't been able to find a lender who will Lend on a mobile home investment property. I would love to keep this as it's a great area to rent and eventually I'd like to build a large single family home or multi-family on the land. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me some advice?
