The HOA ruined my deal.

Hey.

Was trying to buy my third investment as a rental, after it went under contract, somehow we found the hoa does not allow rental properties on that community.

I lost my opinion money cause I had to back out

Is there any way to buy investment property that has hoa and rent it out if there is the restrictions not to do?

Any help would be appreciated in advance.
