First time offering creative financing

So I know everyone is at a different point in there journey but I wanted to share where mine is. Today my wife, 3 year old and myself walked a investment property. After doing so we sat in the living room with the owner and pitched creative financing to them(sub2). To some pitching is something done everyday. Today was my first time and boy was it scary and so exciting. In the end we may not get this property but I'm pumped that I was able to sit there and ask. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you all get the next deal you go for.
