I have a 751 on Credit Karma

Altogether about 15,000 for a downpayment

Last year I made 50k

But I it’s my first full year as a sole proprietor therefore I could only prove 25k on my W-2 part time. I am confident and able to prove account of my finances as a sole proprietor (Bank statements, Personal Accounting, Personal Capital)

For the past 3 years I’ve worked 75hrs+ a week to pay 15k of credit card debt and without knowing, clung to a purpose, to put my Family in a house. My Parents accepted many sacrifices to come to this country at 21 and 18, with me being a three year old.

I Live in Northern Virginia

I am not ********ting

I need a co-signer for a mortgage and I’m open to negotiate on a percentage of the refinance.
