Added on to the house without permits..
I’m looking a a multi family house that’s a triplex and the agent told me that they had added an extra game room to the back of the house without any permits. Now as a potential buyer who wants to rent out all three units what does that mean to me? Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. This is something I haven’t ran into before.
