Newer Realtor looking to find local investors

I am looking to connect with real estate investors in the Philadelphia/Greater Philadelphia Area. I would like to hear about how you went about finding your realtor and if there is anything you wish realtors would do for you. For example, certain analysis on properties to go along with the listing being sent your way.

I am also interested in how you find off market deals to set you up to reach your profitability goals in this current seller’s market.

I am a little over 1 year into being a realtor and looking to learn from people with more experience so I can create teams and build a better business. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
