Hello,

I’m looking for any tools or strategies to give me a good idea of how popular renting apartments, Multi families, or townhouses is in a specific area?

I would like more insight into this because before I buy a rental property I want to know

if its a good area where people are looking to rent from and that I wont struggle to get tenants.
