Purchasing a property as an investment or second home?

Hello all! I am looking to purchase a sfh in Florida to use as both a vacation house for my family as well as an Airbnb rental when we're not using it. What are the advantages/disadvantages of purchasing this property as an investment (using my LLC to buy it using a loan) versus getting a loan myself and buying it as a second home? Would love to hear insight on both sides! Thanks
