Replacing windows on a flip

Hey BP,

I'm the middle of a full remodel/flip in S. Florida. I need to replace 12 windows, looking for the best and most economical windows to use. Working with pretty tight margins, therefore any recommendations would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,

Joe

Most window companies will charge $400 per window and that will be everything, removal and disposal of old and Tight fit and caulking to your house.

But in the Western States they are about 6-8 weeks out on ordering!!!

You can buy them between $100-$200 a piece and if they have them in stock at Home Depot or Lowes or Window Depot could get a handyman that may do them for about $50 per window.
