To Install Solar or Not to Install Solar, THAT is the question?

Getting ready to start on a new BRRRR and I'm getting things lined out. A goal of mine and a big passion is to have solar power on all of my properties, I've always been passionate about helping the planet and this is something that I hope to be able to help do with my rentals. That being said I'm curious of what if any other people's experiences are within that area?

Is it worth it?

Problems you've experienced?

Are the tax incentives worth it?

Do your tenants like it?

Good things that have come of it?

Those are some of the questions I'd have, but would just enjoy hearing experiences from you all out there in BP land? Thanks in advance for sharing and taking the time

Solar lowers the property value in most cases in my market. So it would be a hard no for me.
