2 bedroom unit turnover time

Posted

We just purchased a fourplex in Texas and tenant moved out March 1. It has been almost a month and property manager has not posted.

I was told that there was trash left around and the walls had been painted different colors and little things here and there.

I am not even certain how much longer she will take to post, but am very disappointed since this should not have taken a month to post and may be another month before someone moves in .

She considers these major repairs and I don’t think this is extreme and this should be considered standard turnaround.

Wondering what are your thoughts and what should I do in this case?

I am very dissatisfied since people have told me they have been able to turn around and have someone moved in within 2 weeks?

Wondering what are the expectations?

Thanks
