LLC investing question

Hi, Newbie question. Thank you in advance for any and all responses.

Question: I am about to list my home for sale and plan to purchase a duplex to house hack with the proceeds.

I started a LLC for my RE business. But how do I purchase a property under my LLC? Do I have to have all cash? Or do I buy and then somehow transfer to my LLC?
