Quit Claim Deed - Do it myself?

Hi BP, I’m trying to find out if, in my situation, it makes more sense for me to file a QCD myself rather than paying an attorney to do it.

I have an LLC Here in Arizona "AGM Properties" that is the Owner/manager of another LLC in Florida "4th st, llc". Which has a property deeded to it. (In FL you have to pay and file an annual report for each LLC you have.) Since AGM is now the sole owner of 4th st llc, I don't really need it so I would like to deed the property to AGM Properties, LLC.

This seems to me like a simple transfer, basically just deeding it back to its owner "AGM Properties". Has anyone done this? Or know if it is a different process in FL? (I've opened multiple LLC's in AZ and FL so I'm familiar with the creating/starting part but I've never dissolved one, yet.

Also I need to close out the bank account. It’s not being used, nothing has come in our out this year for “tax purposes". I just have the minimum amount in the account not to be charged the bank fees. Do I need to do one before the other or does it matter?

Thanks in advance,

Kayla
