Raleigh Financial Planner

I am in search of recommendations for a financial planner in the triangle area of NC who is versed in real estate.

Currently looking to purchase a multi family with an FHA loan and hoping to convert an inherited IRA in to a self directed IRA LLC to fund the rehab. I have a CPA I'm talking to, but also definitely feel the need to meet with someone who can help me with the decision.

Thanks BP!

Hey @Sarah Lyon - I have found that CPAs are great at doing the tax return, but when it comes to strategic planning around expanding real estate portfolios and retirement accounts, it is hard to get them to help with that, especially during tax season! I would recommend that you check out XY Planning Network - you can filter and search by specialization. It might be difficult to find someone local to Raleigh, but many planners work with clients remotely. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
