Numbers vs. Quality Properties
Hello Biggerpockets,
I often see many investors buying these older and cheaper properties because they cash flow nicely. I think as a buy and hold investment it makes sense but in the end with all the repairs and capital expenditures I just don't understand why it'd be a good investment. Would you want to buy a newer property that would stay in a relatively good condition? I just want to hear others' opinions on this because I know many investors only care about the numbers... whereas I care about the quality of the property too. Maybe my criteria is too strict?
Best,
Stephen
