Short term travel nurse rentals
Hello all, as a new investor I want my first rental property to be local so I can learn the ropes and be physically available to oversee it. I live in the colorado springs area, and know that the main ROI for most properties in this area are from appreciation. However, I am really looking for monthly cashflow. I have heard that townhouses in close proximity to a hospital can be rented to travel nurses for 13 weeks at a time. Just asking if anybody knows how profitable this approach is around the colorado springs area on a monthly cashflow basis. What the vacancy rates would be for this kind of investment? If they have a positive history of ROI? Etc. Thanks!
