I’m 25 and looking to get into real estate. I have done a good amount of reading and browsing, and am ready to jump in, but I am struggling with how to actually find and move forward on a first investment property.

I’m open to rentals or flips as my wife and I purchased our first home at 23 and did a relatively large remodel.

Open to any suggestions or thoughts.
