Cash on Cash Return Equation
Hi Everyone,
I'm a new investor and have a question on calculating CoC return. While some sources say CoC return = annual cash flow / initial investment, other sources say CoC return = NOI / initial investment.
Which metric should I be using for CoC return between NOI or annual cash flow?
