Hi amazing BP community,

I'm a Canadian real estate entrepreneur currently in living in Toronto with plans to expand to the US. I'm looking for insight from new and experienced investors in the southern US market. (ideally Florida)

What hurdles / challenges are holding you back in your business at the moment? It could be access to capital, finding the best contractors, lack of good properties, not knowing where to start, all of the above, etc.
