Beginner In Real Estate

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is KaMar Brown and Im getting started in rental property real estate investing. I have read alot of Brandon Turner’s books as well as other financial and business books and I think I have enough knowledge to start with the search for my first property. I would really like a mentor to show me the ropes and teach me things now that I really want to get some skin in the game. Hopefully someone can be generous enough to help me out because I am excited to learn.

It is tough to network and connect right now but im dedicated to learning more about investing and I have alot of connections in the Dc Maryland Virginia Area, hopefully I can provide a local investor with something they are in need of in hopes of learning more about the next steps.
