Entry level real estate looking for guidance

Hello community! My name is Anthony Salgado. I am currently 19yo living in a rough neighborhood. I work in a high end dealership in lake bluff IL and commute over an hour five days a week making roughly under 23k a year. I am interested in having rental properties with cash flow in my portfolio, but where I come from there is limited resources where being taught degrees are the way to go when my mindset was set on other things. I accomplished minor goals on my own with very minimum help from others. I am very humble and willing to learn to reach my current goal. As of this time I am asking for a mentor to help me lead in the right path or critical advice that will help me in the future. I would love to have a meetup at and chat about my current situation at a restaurant. Thank you for the time to read this.
