Quit or go part time W2

I planned on going part time at my W2 job in a couple months but is it even worth it? I was only going to stay so that I had W2 income to better qualify for mortgages, but I would only make around 50-60k working there part time. I don’t know how “bankable” that would make me. Maybe I should just quit? TIA for any advice.
