Hey everyone, I’m an out of state investor looking for some boots on the ground in these possible areas:

Indianapolis

Anderson

Fort Wayne

Muncie

I'm looking for long term rentals and possibly using the BRRRR strategy! If anyone has any referrals or recommendations regarding realtors, contractors, and property managers any help would be appreciated! Thanks
