Roofstock question/New RE Investor/Buy and Hold

Hi,

Has anyone used Roofstock to buy rental properties? Is there anything to look for? What is a good deal?  What do you stay away from? I'm  looking at the system to start my Buy and Hold RE and generate some cash flow.
