Get Everythin In Writing

My experience has taught me to reduce all forms of business communications to written form. All business - with real estate agents, sellers, buyers, tenants ... everybody. This reduces misunderstandings and makes things go much smoother. Plus, I have a written history. You never know when something stated years ago is needed today.

I even have a paragraph in my lease and purchase agreements that requires the tenant/borrower maintain an active email account and keep me informed with any changes.

This is good protection for those who do business with me as well as my own security.
