IT geek seeking part or full-time REI work

Hi! I've run my own successful IT consulting business doing everything from process improvement, design, development, QA, training, support, implementations, product management, and managing multi-million dollar projects with niches in ERP, FinTech, Procure-to-Pay, and Compliance. Now, I'm ready to expand my real estate investing career by helping and learning from more experienced real estate investors either part-time or full-time, short or long-term. 

Where I feel I could add the most value would be doing things like: managing projects, improving processes, introducing technology, analyzing data, and/or assisting out-of-state investors that simply need 'boots on the ground' in Central FL. I've had a real estate license in FL and have been a cross-country landlord. I have an LLC, so I can do hourly 1099 work.
