3-acre lot across from Walmart, what would you do with this land?

Am I an idiot? I bought this lot across from Walmart in Ash Flat, Arkansas, it is three 1-acre lots all together. They just announced a new factory at a site about 500 feet from this Walmart, bringing 245 new jobs* and the land value has risen sharply, according to my Realtor brother, who may or may not be full of ****. I thought about putting in a commercial office 2,500 sqft or something, but then I also have no clue what I am doing, and I should ask someone for advice. Any advice? I just want to make a buck and show my wife I was RIGHT ALL ALONG! Ahem...
