I recently bought a house and the downstairs is a doctors/dentist office and the upper is an apartment....not uncommon for my area.

I am struggling :violin: with ideas on how to get a professional in that space and looking for some ideas!

There is a website that I have been using to find medical space for myself. I will get you the link if it matches your location. I will look at Craigslist. Ask other doctors (networking events) and a decent realestste agent could help you. Those are my top three. For now
