Hey there, I'm Shaikh I'm 18 yrs old. Real estate is something I plan on doing as a career. Over the last year I have been learning and reading books about real estate and how to fund deals. More importantly I also have been learning about business structures, credit, and how to save more of the money you make. It would be appreciated if you could help me my Analyze my first couple of deals, some tips, and help me get started on the right path. I'm looking to get started by wholesaling to raise capital. Then move onto MLM for cash flow, eventually moving to Fix and flips SFR. Also I have plans to do Comercial real estate in the for seeable future. Anyone reading this that is experienced willing to help me out, don't hesitate to reach out I'm always willing to learn.
