So what are the cons/drawbacks of using OPM. My wife and I bought our first rental and are being persuaded strongly by some family members not to use OPM for additional rentals. They talk highly of Dave Ramesy. I looked into his ideology a bit and it’s pretty much completely opposite of everything I’ve been researching about real estate from Rich dad and BP books. That is don’t even consider buying rental properties unless you have 100% down. Thoughts?
