MultiFamily unit with VA loan

Hello Everyone!

I have been a veteran for over 2 years with 100 disability and I was thinking to use my VA loan to buy a 4 unit house ( live in one, and rent out the remaining three).

What are some of the best areas for this type of market in the country? ( I work remotely so moving is feasible)

I have zero experience in this sector, what is the first step that I should take?
