Hello Everyone,

I am need to bigger pockets! Appreciate all the advice and posts! I am interested in starting to invest in real estate and will start in my area in NJ planning on starting with fix and flips and then eventually buy to rent out. I see that a lot of investors also invest and buy properties outside their home state. Where can I get more information on getting started with that and reading and learning more of it. In NJ the properties would be close to me to check up etc but how would I get started in out of state? Any suggestions books guides advise is appreciated! Thanks!
