Credit needed for 1st Purchase

This may be a stupid question... but here goes.

I have horrible credit (579) (578). (581). Several accounts are in collections. With pay these my credit score will drop, but lenders require them to be paid off to qualify for a mortgage. What’s the lowest credit score I can have in order to purchase a property. I’m looking to house hack a duplex . 1st homebuyer situation
