Hi I'm currently in escrow on a triplex and believe a great value add would be to add one or two units to the existing property.  Does anybody have a recommendation in North Palm Beach that might be able to do this or any suggestions as where I should start?  I know that I need to start with the county/city to find out if it's permissible first but would like to start searching for a contractor.  TIA!
