Invest in newer properties

I manage about 100 properties for investors. I suggest to all my investors to buy brand new properties  as the new SD is starting theBuilder sell first few properties with basic price and increase the price every 5 homes they sell. My investors  has enjoyed the price since 10% to 15% by the time SD is complete and not repair expense for next 15 years and bonus for me ...very easy to rent since no headaches of repair management
