Elon Musk Calls Austin Biggest Boomtown for Next 50 Years
Elon Musk just stated he believes Austin will be the biggest boomtown over the next 50 years. For us dealing with the madness on the ground, I have to believe it! Does this mean it's the perfect time to invest in Austin? NO, but long-term investments have a solid foundation for good results.

@Karl McGarvey Absolutely right. The suburbs all within commuting range of Austin are all exploding and just as on fire as the city. For investors that want cash flow now, I recommend going at least two counties away from Austin, like Bell County, to find more affordable deals. Austin is solely about appreciation currently.
