Hello everyone. I’ve recently discovered how amazing real estate investing could be and I’m looking to get my first taste. In fact I’m looking to get my first rental, preferably in my local market. As is typical of most noobs I’m unsure of how to come up with a down payment. I qualify for a mortgage with traditional lending but would love to explore the option of using opm for the down payment. Looking to meet Investors in my local market that can offer advice. I guess it’s my way of asking, “How can I do it?” Instead of just thinking I can’t. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks In advance.
