Good afternoon to all , my name is Drakkar Ferguson. I currently reside in Fredericksburg Va between Washington D.C. and Richmond Va. I have just began my Real Estate Investor Journey less then a year ago. I am involved in a few REI Groups , which I have gained so much knowledge and connection to start my business off on the right path. I have also been educating myself with podcast and books (mostly bigger pockets) as well as curriculum type education in real Estate investment essentials).
