Mini-MBA from the SBA

Does anyone have any experience in a Mini-MBA "Emerging Leaders" training that the SBA puts on?  I received an email flyer about it from our local SBA office.  A bit about the program according to the flyer:

Executive, mini-MBA style course designed for owners of small to mid-sized businesses that are poised for growth

No cost to participate (limited space, as you must apply and they sort)

100 hours of class time

If you don't have experience specifically with the SBA program, how about the mini-MBA programs in general that various universities have?
