Advice for OOS investor looking in the DFW area
I am a new investor looking into the greaterDFW area but also open to San Antonio. Looking for recommendations on areas/zip codes that have good price to rent ratios. Looking around 150k, SFR, ~1200 sq ft. Okay with minor repairs; flooring, paint. Okay with potentially adding a 3rd bedroom.
In addition when choosing between two areas what are some analytics/websites you look at when investing in an market? I know the census can be a good resource as well as the office of urban development. Any advice, recommendations is much appreciated. Thank you.
