Team before starting investment.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Gael. I’m new in real estate investment and I’m reading this book from Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner titled “How to invest in Real estate”.

Somewhere in the book one of the step in the process of becoming a real estate investor is to assemble your team with key people like : a mentor, partner, realtor, property manager, mortgage broker, real estate attorney, Escrow officer, insurance agent and contractor.

Is it necessary to have all those people before purchasing your first investment property ?

How do you guys manage when you were starting your investment?

What will be your recommendation?

Best,

GAEL
