My Name is Gustavo, currently live in Buffalo NY,

I bought my first property back in 2017 lived there for a year and a half until i lost my job,

I acquired a Secos Property at the beginning of 2019, I was able to close a deal with through Owner financing,

(both Properties in Texas)

( Both properties on Airbnb)

I messed up my credit when i lost my job and im still paying my debt,

I moved to NY at the en of 2019 i got a decent job

Now im trying to get back into investing

What are your recommendations?

Should i pay debt first then look for deals o should i start looking for other time of money lenders (hard, private, owner finance)

Anything Helps

Thank you
