Hoping for some opinions on what’s a better investment in Florida. Would you think Tampa or Orlando area is better( this is for long term rental).

Both are fantastic options long term IMO and appreciate well depending on where you are buying within each MSA. Budget, your overall investment goals, current connections and network, etc are variables to evaluate which is best for you Roman. Feel free to message me for info on these markets!!
