Hard Pulls on Credit When Investing on Multiple Properties a Year

Hi,

Newbie here. How do you guys invest in multiple properties a year without bringing your credit score down?

I've yet to invest, but isn't each time you borrow money for a new property a hard pull on your credit report? Is there a way around this? Do you only use private lenders after borrowing from hard money or a bank?
