Seeking a Referral to RA Attorney

Hello forum, I have reached an impasse and would like to develop a plan of action to acquire additional properties with a partner.  However, I do not know much about a corp, or an association.  One of my partners is also funding his share with the sale of an property overseas and I don't know how and whether this will present an issue with lenders.  

Preferably I would like to talk with a real state attorney that can also assist in developing a strategy.
