Starting out (Long Island, NY)

Hello there,

I have been thinking about real estate investing for quite some time now. I have watched plenty of videos and read some books on it. Now, i would like to get started and actually do the work. I was looking to get into wholesaling or lease options to start out since I don’t have much capital to buy an investment property. As an experience investor, what would you guys tell someone who is just starting out (like myself) to begin?
