Pitching to Investors

Good afternoon, 

I am a newbie to BiggerPockets and REI investing in general. I am interested in developing a financial package with all necessary information needed to present deals to future investors. I was just curious to see if anyone on this forum has an example I can read over and draw my own ideas from. I understand everyone's criteria may be different for the specific deals they are looking for, but any insight will be of great help. Thanks in advance.
