First investment property! Help!!

Hello, all! My name is Haden Terry. I’m 21 years old and located around Huntsville, TX. I am looking to get started on my first investment property and I found a place with really good potential in a nice neighborhood. It is listed for $50K, but does need quite of bit of renovations done. I have enough saved for a minimum 10%+ down payment.
