How to know where to invest

Hey gang,

I was wondering if somebody knew of a website or some other form of medium that could inform me of where it would be wise to invest in? I tried city data, and although its a good source to get info, but I need to know if the city is growing, or if it is actually a good place to start my investment business! Any advice would be great.
